Why Haapsalu?

In 2026 Baltic VCA Summit visits Haapsalu for the first time, bringing the region’s leading LP-GP gathering to one of Estonia’s most distinctive seaside towns. Set on the historic promenade, Haapsalu Kuursaal is one of the town’s most iconic landmarks. Its unique wooden architecture, seaside location and unmistakable character make Haapsalu an ideal setting for focused discussions, meaningful connections and a Summit experience that feels both memorable and well grounded. 

Summit Bus, Tallinn-Haapsalu-Tallinn

For added convenience, a transfer bus will be available between Tallinn and Haapsalu. The bus will bring participants to Haapsalu and return to Tallinn on the second day of the Summit.
